TEACHING
Sunday school is followed from the guidelines of our General Overseer – Pastor EA Adeboye. This is a time that we really break down the word of God. Step by step we build our relationship with God and understand what He really requires of us.

CHILDREN'S CHURCH
Here in Worship Tabernacle we believe that God takes pride in hearing praise and thanksgivings through the mouths of babes. We have a separate service here for young children from the age of 3- 25 where we really break down the word of God. It is important that we spend time to build this foundation from a very young age.

YOUTH

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity”. 1 Timothy 4:12 (NIV)

We have vibrant members doing amazing things for the Lord in and outside the church building. It is our desire for our youths to be passionate about God and the things of His Kingdom. Every member is encouraged to take their place in the Father’s heart and be relevant in the marketplace.

Evangelism

The Apostle Paul said, “I have become all things to all people, so that I may by every possible means save some. Now I do all this because of the gospel, so I may become a partner in its benefits” (1 Cor. 9:22-23)

At Worship Tabernacle, evangelism is to ask,

“What does the good news sound like to the people around us?”

And

“How best can we share it with them in a manner that they can understand?”

Realising that the best evangelism is relational, we cannot evangelise from a distance – those days are gone. To be able to reach people, we have to move closer to them we do this by engaging with the Homeless in the Borough, engaging people at the various seasonal markets, cleaning the streets, We support the Great Ormond Children’s hospital with gifts at Christmas. We also meet with people weekly on the streets of Hammersmith and Fulham praying and sharing the Love of God.

We will be visiting people in Prison and setting up a vibrant befriending of the Elderly Scheme this year. We also believe in disciplining the younger generation by engaging them digitally.

Causing people to realise their worth in God’s eyes is not something optional. Paul even goes as far as saying, “Woe to me if I do not evangelise!” (1 Corinthians 9:16). For us, evangelising is the direct consequence of our attachment to Christ. Through his resurrection, Christ unites us inseparably to God. And at the same time, humanity is no longer fragmented: since the resurrection, we belong to one another.

MEDIA
“How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns.”” Isaiah 52:7 (ESV)

The Media ministry records, mixes and uploads all preachings/messages onto the church platforms. The media team assists in turning on all audio and video equipment. The team also checks the sounds and prepares slide presentations.
